Your card is in USD, so USD purchases charge your wallet 1:1. For other currencies, Visa converts the price to USD first, and a 1% foreign exchange fee applies.
Holds
When you pay, we hold the amount in your Wallet until the payment settles. Hotels, restaurants, fuel stations, and car rentals may hold more than the final price.
