When whitelisting is on, you can only withdraw to addresses in your Address Book, after their lock period has passed.
On the Wallet screen, tap the Address Book icon.
Turn on Withdrawal Whitelisting.
Choose a lock period for new addresses: 24, 48, 72, or 168 hours.
Tap Enable.
Enter the code we email you, plus your 2FA code if 2FA is on.
For the first 4 hours, you can add addresses or turn whitelisting off without waiting. After that, each new address waits for the lock period.
