2FA is optional, but we strongly recommend it. You enter a code from an authenticator app as well as your password, which makes it much harder for anyone else to get in. See How do I set up two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Withdrawal Codes
Every withdrawal needs a code sent to your email. With 2FA on, it also needs a code from your authenticator app.

Account Freeze
If you think someone else has access to your account, open the freeze link in any recent Clapp security email and confirm. Only Support can unfreeze your account.
