Unstaking isn't instant. Your stake returns to your Wallet about 15 days after you request it for TRX, or about 6 days for SOL.
You can unstake any part of your stake once it's active, with a minimum of 1 TRX or 0.01 SOL. You can't cancel an unstake. The amount earns one last reward, then stops.
