If You Saved Your Setup Key
Install an authenticator app on your new device, such as Google Authenticator or Proton Authenticator.
Add your setup key to the app.
Log in to Clapp with the 6-digit code from the app.
If You Don't Have Your Setup Key
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We'll verify your identity and reset your 2FA. For security, withdrawals are temporarily paused after a reset.
Once you're back in, turn 2FA on again and save the new key somewhere safe.
Never share your 2FA code with anyone, even someone who says they're from Clapp.
